Ordered a gift for my sister’s wedding anniversary. Kept calling the customer service from 2 in the afternoon (I even got a response that the number is not assigned to anyone!). Man is on the way..... we are trying to reach your sister, we will definitely deliver before 7!
My order never got delivered and customer support kept giving wrong information!. I could have gone for an alternative option, but they just kept promising. So its 8 in the night and customer service told me that delivery boy has confirmed to my sister that they will deliver flowers the next day!
In short, never trust these guys, they will keep on telling all the reasons to buy time and your order will never will get delivered on time.
Only one word.... Regret.
