We decided to try FnP online cake delivery on our daughter's birthday. Their website isn't user friendly and interface seems very outdated. There aren't enough filters and custom sizes. So I'm giving 1/5 for the website user interface.
We ordered a 1kg pineapple cream cake worth 780 Rs. after some discount. You can only add plain text in cake message. They sent us messages for tracking periodically so we were satisfied on that account. 3/5 for order delivery tracking.
The order came in the afternoon in okay condition. Now, the main flaws were the message they wrote wasn't done very nicely, the writing was ugly. The cake was not at all fresh! The taste was very poor, the cream tasted very stale as if they made it days ago. The pineapple cuts they garnished the cake with was stale as well, it felt like those pineapple pieces we get from the market in tin cans. We were very disappointed as it wasn't a cheap cake and FnP is quite popular brand. 1/5 for the cake and overall taste.
Didn't expect this pathetic service from big brands like FnP. There is no place to review in their website. All the reviews and high ratings there are fake. You can get better cakes from your nearby bakery.
Overall, we were very disappointed with the service. Avoid FnP unless you have no other option in your neighborhood.
