Recently received a package of dry fruits and boondi ladoos from my cousin in Delhi thru Ferns & Petals Thane. Shockingly the ladoos were of very very bad quality and also stale. I promptly called up the Thane branch who asked me for sometime and they will get back. Called them again the next day and day after that after which they tell me, that how come you don’t like them though everyone else does and am asked to call their customer support.
Called up customer support who insists on me telling them the senders email id and phone no. which I told them I am the recipient of the gift and may not know the email id etc. to which they refuse to budge and do not even let me talk to their supervisor. Finally had to call my cousin embarrassing her as well, get the details and call them again The customer support tells me that I should call within 24 hours of receipt of the parcel and that there is no record in their system about me complaining to their Thane branch.
Finally after some discussion they have agreed to register my complaint at least and asked for a turn around time of 24 - 48 hrs. My experience so far has been pathetic in this case and am just hoping they do something positive for a change.
