I placed an order for flowers to be delivered to my mother on Monther’s Day, one full week prior earlier. FnP was eager to take the order.
The flowers were not delivered on Mother’s Day. They did not inform me earlier. They decided on their own without consulting me that the flowers would be delivered the day after mother’s day. I found out only when I called FnP on Mother’s Day evening to check.
The customer service reps were completely incompetent and one female, in particular, was very rude. I asked them to cancel the order. I was assured that I would receive a call from them and an email for cancellation the next morning. Nothing as promised. I received a cancellation for the order a couple of days later.
I had to take it up with Am Ex to make sure they refunded the amount. I am extremely unhappy with FnP. I will never order flowers through them again.
