I placed an order for flowers to be delivered to my mother on Monthers Day, one full week prior earlier. FnP was eager to take the order.
The flowers were not delivered on Mothers Day. They did not inform me earlier. They decided on their own without consulting me that the flowers would be delivered the day after mothers day. I found out only when I called FnP on Mothers Day evening to check.
The customer service reps were completely incompetent and one female, in particular, was very rude. I asked them to cancel the order. I was assured that I would receive a call from them and an email for cancellation the next morning. Nothing as promised. I received a cancellation for the order a couple of days later.
I had to take it up with Am Ex to make sure they refunded the amount. I am extremely unhappy with FnP. I will never order flowers through them again.
