Poor service; Think twice before buying Ferroli.

Bought Mito model instant geyser for my kitchen in 2018. Encountered heating problems in Dec 2019. Customer service was prompt that time. They visited within 48 hours and rectified it. On 18 Dec 2021, geyser was not not functioning. Lodged complaint on 18th morning. Even after 3 days, there is no response from Ferroli. Again contacted them on 21st. This time they gave me two mobile nos. and asked me to contact them. This is really disgusting service. After 3 days, they are asking customer to run around calling other numbers. As I was at the receiving end, I called up both numbers. One was switched off and the other one told me he is not the right person. Do not know how much longer I will have to wait. In this severe winter, causing lot of hardship.


I think Ferroli brand is probably not having any good service franchisees or may have hired unprofessional agencies. Exercise caution before buying Ferroli products.
