One more bad experience in  Online shopping from Fetise.com(/ http://www.fetise.com/men/) .


As anniversary promotion, Fetise.com sent a mail with a credit of 500 in my account with validity for 48 hours.


I placed an order using the credit point and pay for additional amount. After two days, they contact me and the ordered size is not available and asked for confirmation on cancel the order. I did ask for any other alternative option, the phone support person the available size will be processed at their end .


Waiting for one more day and no call from them and I contacted them few times via phone, they assured that the reorder will be done their end definitely and will dispatch the product .


But after few days passed, I got only confirmation on refund process initiated with a note on the amount will be credited to my card. I called their phone support few times, the support person told the same information and they were not consider my views on the order, their assurance etc.


Finally I got refund the amount to my card and they just close my issue without considering my effort on ordering, calling them so many times, sending so many emails, submitting tickets for my issue. They simply close the issue with saying "SORRY"


CONCLUSION: They(Fetise.com) are not ready  to ship the ordered item even the ordered size is available and not consider customers.
