Issues of after sale service attitude of sales/service staff no guaranteed commitment of spare parts by Fiat no exclusive showroom and sales service for Fiat. Clubbing with Tata vehicles lowers Fiat value because of bazaar like feeling in showrooms due to crowds. Can not inspect Fiat cars and have a feel of car to take crucial buying decision, ill informed sales staff.If Fiat is serious about their beautiful cars first thing they should do is have dedicated showrooms for Fiat and commitment to’ A’ grade after sales service.No body wants to buy a car and run around incompetent service staff.Fiat should commit to owners and potential owners their sevice is first class above any thing else and the first step would be not to club Fiat with tata cars for sales and service. Fiat will show phenomenal jump in sales.Its tragic customers can not enjoy such beautiful cars for above reasons.
