Punto is a great diesel hatch. It’s engine is more refined than which issued in Swift. The turbo gets kicked in 1800 rpm whereas in Swift it is 2000 rpm, which means more ride quality. Looks are great. The special advantage for this one when compared to others is the toughness of the body. It is the most tough among all other cars in this segment. Even the crash tests brings it one point ahead of others.
Price is OK.
Everything is positive among the features.however there is the most important thing - after sales service. Poor.Poor.and Poorer.
All Punto owners are equally proud of their car however they have one voice when it comes to the after sales service. All are having a bitter experience going to the service stations.Lesser service stations.
I genuinely think it is high time that Fiat opening their own show rooms and service stations. Without adequate service stations the customers are going to decline for a fiat. Fiat must learn from Maruti in that.
As Service is equally important as our car, it is a NO BUY for this one.
