Fiat Linea- Poor and bad servicing/relaibility

I Bought this car in Dec 2009. Just after 24 months of manufacturers warranty I started having engine jerking problem. In Jun 2012 I had the problem. The service center(Shiv Shankar Motors) took 6 months to rectify the defect. It started off with engine jerking issue and repairs at Shiv Shankar motors in Jun 2012 and the problem could be repaired only by Oct 12.


There was man handling of my vehicle by Mr Trinath at Shivsankar motors and I had to pay for the broken lights. All incompetent fellows who worked there Mr Pawan, Mr Annamalai took 6 months only to leave me with  engine oil leaking car.


March, 2013 I landed my car at SRMT Vizag under Mr Venugopal. I am in regular touch with Miss Manisha, Mr Ramesh Ganty but till date that is 02 Oct 2013 that makes it 1 yr 3 months my vehicle has not seen day light. I have spent Rs 70, 000/- and man hours, mental agony and people seem to be waiting for courts decision.


When I got the vehicle there was a new defect in the car. Engine oil leak.I got the car back Nov 2012. By Mar 2013 complete engine oil had drained so I dumped the vehicle at SRMT Vizag. They took 7 months to rectify the defect only to produce a new defect of engine vibrating. My vehicle stays in the service center as I type this review.


I am not mentioning the hundreds of call to FIAT MR Ramesh Ganty in Pune, Miss Manisha In Mumbai, Mr Bhattacharjee who form the part of management. I have not mentioned the consumer complaint launched on them Jun this year by me. My vehicle number is HR 72 4898, and I don’t want any body else to fall pray to FIAT. Save your self I have spent 70, 000/-Rs from my pocket and still don’t have my vehicle for more than a year.
