My new fiat line emotion had AC not cooling enough. On complaint car was picked up kept at service station for a week and returned saying AC is OK. When challanged, they said it is defective but parts not available. After a few weeks they tried and replaced parts, condensor and delivered the car back.
I found AC not cooling still. Checked the condensor and found that it was not really replaced. Again they picked up the car kept for morethan a weekand said AC is ok and grill temp is 4 degree C. When I checked it was actually 15 degree c. Again they picked up the car, kept for ten days and delivered unrepaired, without any paper works, just verbally telling that we will replace the full AC, but parts not available. I amstill waiting and feeling HOT.
I have already complained to senior managers with wasan motors, tata motors and on website of fiat linea but of no avail. All they do is verbally keep giving promises and do nothing. Every time they pdeliver the car its petrol tank is empty, and a afew scratches added last time. You never expect such horrible cheating and manipulation fro Maruti or Honda. Do ot ever experiment with fiat. The seat belt is malfunctioning and they do not have parts, drive without seat belts!!! The car door key is
