I recently purchased a Fiat Linea - Registration number HR26AZ 5417 from ABS Motors in Gurgaon. The main reason we purchased this car was because of the Blue&Me feature. However this feature has never worked from the time I took delivery of the car 7 weeks ago (end October).
I was promised by the salesperson Miss Anita at ABS motors that Fiat will not sell a faulty car to me & it must be small loose connection & therefore the feature is not working and she will have it fixed within a day. I also believed that a well respected company like Fiat will not sell a faulty car to a customer so I took delivery of the car. It has now been 7 weeks and my car still doesnt have the Blue&Me feature working as yet. The dealer ABS motors has taken my car to fix 3 times & havent been able to fix the car. This has also inconvenienced me a lot since I have not had the car for 3 full days.
Further I am very disappointed with the attitude of ABS Motors (dealer) as they have made multiple promises which they have not kept. I was very suprised that the manager Sagar at ABS motors treats his customers with such a lax attitude. He has given me dates when my car will be taken to get fixed & not kept that date which meant that I had to cancel all my meetings for the day. He has done this twice. Finally yesterday he took the car again & was again unable to fix the car & then on top of it he didnt return the car on time which meant I was stranded in my office. Sagar also didnt answer my calls after telling me the car will be delivered by him within 20 minutes. I only received the car back at 915pm at night.
