I was verry happy that I own a good looking car of my own .but my delight is short lived. Following are the problem areas
Verry Low ground clearance.Its so low that my car touched a bump in the road at the speed of 80 KMPH also.which is totally unimaginable.
Pick Up is a let down.and mind u I don’t want to b a race driver .then also I felt that the pick is too poor
3.Service and Spares availability
Here I want to warn u before u choose any of the Fiat product.Fiat is like a poor Indian Household.where the person is capable of producing n number of childrens .but not able to provide them basic neccessities also.
I have faced this time and agian in the case of service.any time u dial them they will be able to giv u a date of 20 days later to bring ur car to them.do they expect u to stay idle for all those days so that urs KM requirement is not contravened?.Bullshit
Then comes the next shokker.thay don’t have spares.they will charge u like u r the first Billionaire on the earth.without even looking for the issues u mentioned to cure.
My AC filter was not even looked after even when I mentioned the problem of no air out of it .I had to complain abot the service after delivery .then some senior manager intervened and got the things done. What was the person doing with my car for 3 days if he din’t c the worksheet?
Toady I’m the most frustated customer.My cars Wiper motor has malfunctioned and I contacted them.they lady said she could giv me a date after 15 days.I managed to get in thru some powerful managerial person in Bank.kept my car for 4 days there .they did everything but the motor replacement.that’s not avaialble.could not b available for next 15 days.is their reply.What do I do all these days in this rainy season.wash my car daily?
