Fiat pathetic service

My car is in workshop for more than 2 weeks and till now there is no solution to my problem even after being escalated to higher authorities 2 weeks back.


One more pathetic part of fiat warranty is not to provide a loaner car whatever might be incovenience caused to customer in extreme cases.I have spent around Rs 10, 000 in this 2 weeks for my commute due to unavaialability of my car and I want fiat to reimburse my expenses.


Even Tata motors being a indian company has good loaner car policy to support the customer in dowtime period due to warranty.I have sent an email to fiat on Jul 4th 2009 and till now there is no reply to that email. There is lot of delay in communication from Fiat pune team as they are taking 3 -4 days to get back with further steps for each concluded event.


Autofin and Tata Service head from Andhra Pradesh are very proactive to work on the instructions from fiat but there is no communication from pune team.They are sending same check list again and again buying time rather than act on resolving the issue.In this whole week, they sent communication once that too the same checklist.


Autofin has productiveley worked hardly 3 days on this issue in whole two weeks as they didnt have any support from fiat for rest of period.My car on an average was more than 40 days in workshop which is not even 4 months old.I had this issues cropping up from one month of purchase.I am really dissapointed with kind of service and support provided for my car. I have lost total hope of getting my car resolved by fiat and I dont want this car anymore.I want to publish my fiat experience in entire media to make public know plight of fiat as I had undergone enough pains till now.
