I own fiat linea bought. In 2009, the car was the highest end model(emotion) then, while the AC was pathetic. The company realised the problem and had asked the customers to get it changed at free of cost. Its being 6 years and I have visited multiple dealers, however, none replaced saying that there is no supply from fiat. Now, I recently visited Kashyap motors for servicing who said it requires a part on which they can provide 50% off, which means that product is available. While servicing Kashyap motors took off the cigarette lighter but never returned. I made complaint at customer care several times but they closed the issue without even informing me.
Fiat is a good car provided the product sold is not defective and has extremely poor after sales service. The authorised dealers are also autocratic and work as they want. You cannot rely on the companys customer care centre for complains as that is a mere sham where they close tickets without informing and resolving. I simply dont have enough words to share the agony I underwent.
