No doubt Fiat Perta is superb car. No one has ever doubthed on Fiat cars and their quality!
What every one has always compliained is service and Spares! I’m from middle class family and need to buy a car. I already have one M800.
With 5, 00, 000 budget I searched for the car with boot space. I have only 4 options
Fiat Perta [ Petrol ]
Mahindra Logan [ Petrol ]
Maruti Esteem [ Petrol ]
Tata Indigo [ Petrol ]
I test drive the Logan and I didnot like the engine response and the build quality at all. I test drive the Indigo and car is bit ok but not a powerful engine and not a fine finished interiors. Esteem seems good with best support, spares and price except the space in car bit less than the rest of the three. Before I finalize my decision I just thought of checking Petra.
I felt sorry for fiat, they have a best car in this price with superb quality and features and also power yet their product has failed?
Just want to know the experience of Petra owners on the spares/service and is Petra still available? Is Fiat serious in doing business? Its like a gun gun without bullets is usuless same goes with the car . car without spares is useless. so one needs to manafecture more spares than cars to keep the economy moving.
Can any petra owner share his latest spares service experience?
I recently visited a Fiat showroom in Pune and I had to ask for a slaes representaive to attend me! unlike other showrooms. where sales guys were just waiting for me to step in!
