I got my FIAT PUNTO 1.3 Emotion from Concorde motors, Mysore Road, Bangalore in First week of March 2013. Here is my overall feedback -
I was owning Maruti Wagon-R initially, then I moved to FIAT Punto- Initially I had much problem while gear shifts because PUNTOS Clutch is more higher than Maruti Vehicle. After sometime I adjusted with it, Now I am OK.
But I am happy with Overall vehicle performance, but FIAT Customer service was pathetic. I lost my Original Service book & Warranty card in April End 2013, So I called Concorde Motors for getting Duplicate, they replied that they are no more servicing FIAT vehicles and Provided me the number of VECTO Motors.
Bangalore(Preranna Motors), Vecto Motors asked me to contact with FIAT customer care. Just for getting Duplicate books, I am struggling till the date 3/8/2013 no reply. My Complaint number # 1-8768143.
I had sent lot of emails to FIAT management & VECTO Motors, Still no reply. Government has some SLAs, I doubt Fiat is working or sleeping to resolve the complaints.
