4) The company shows unbiased preferance for deserving candidates
5) Various programs to keep the motivation factor high
6) Flexible working hours and helps maintaining a healthy work-life balance
7) Very professional HR and excellent HR policies. Sneha Singh is an amazing and unbiased HR
8) The hiring process handled by Sandeep Suryavanshi is smooth and cooperative
9) The higher management like Ravi Sarashwat and Vimal Pandey are very accomplished managers with unmatched leadership skills.
10) The finance team is very cooperative. Never once is last 3 years has a paycheck ever been delayed or miscalculated.
To sum the above, if you have made it through the selection process according to me there is no reason to not be in this amazing organisation
