We are associated with FieldAssist for the last 1.5 years and are regretting every minute of this association. They have big names on their portfolio and yet they have the worst service team.
The Sales force automation software they sell is not even on Playstore and keeps crashing as they have launched approx 500 versions for different users and hence it keeps crashing. They have no solution for this and just keep asking you to delete and reinstall.
If you plan to buy this company’s software, beware, the sales team who pitched will disappear as soon as you buy. Also, they all work from home, there is no physical office hence no liability. This leads to crashing software and no response from their team even if you write emails to their seniors and CEO.
This company is trying to cheat you and hence it does not sell one monthly package and forces you for a full year as you cant quit. Beware, don’t signup, there are much better softwares available in market.
