Unless and until the one who is joining this academy is a student who gets top rank marks in academics, like 95% and above, only then this academy is of value to you. And the rest, well, you will regret joining this academy. After the students are arranged in classes according to their grades, only the top 2 batches will recieve proper education. The others will just be taught like dogs.
