My wife bought a pair of Fila shoes (paramount model). It was bought in mid December 2011. Used infrequently till mid May 2012 when she noticed the sole comming off from the shoe upper on the inner side. Took it to the nearest Fila store who said the warranty was for 90 days and he could not help. However, after some discussion, he agreed to send the shoe to the factory for pasting at no charge. It was brought back to the shop after pasting the first time but was sent back by the shop keeper as it was not done well. Later got it after 2 weeks and a second try at the factory to re do the pasting. The work was not finished to a quality expected of an international brand.
I had no option but to accept the substandard repair. I dont recomend this brand to anyone. Try elsewhere.
