I subscribed to Filmfare and the subscription was supposed to start from Dec 8th. Till Jan 8th 2018 I did not receive a single magazine. When I called customer care they were unaware. I told them to cancel my subscription but they didn’t. Instead they sent me 5 magazines at once. Very poor customer care and subsciption departmwnt. The same has happened with my Femina Tamil Mg also
