Would give zero stars. Arrived at the hotel and my reservation was not complete. She said she saw my name but company had failed to send my payment. Even though my card had been charged more than 24 hours earlier. I had to call customer service while I was stuck in the lobby. I was in the phone for nearly 20 minutes while someone tried to "reach their third party representative". They kept putting me on hold then coming back to say they haven’t been able to get ahold of the representative yet. I asked if he could just talk to check in associate on my phone and he said no. After waiting with multiple times being put on hold I demanded a refund and was just going to pay for a room at regular rate. He put me on hold for ten more minutes. Eventually someone called the hotel and arranged the payment but the person who had me on hold never even came back on the line. I asked who the third party representative was and he would not tell me. Don’t waste your time with these crooks.
