Like any other movie Sean Connery has been in, this one will leave you intrigued throughout the whole movie. I would have to say that Sean Connery is one of my favorite actors. He always displays his talent in acting in such an inspiring manner.
’’Finding Forrester’’ is focused on a young black man who enjoys writing. His friends dare him to go up to an apartment and in the process he winds up dropping his bag full of writing. Forrester (Sean Connery), throws it out the windows at the boy and the boy picks it up and goes home only to find that Forrester has marked up his writings with notes. The boy is confused and curious to find out why Forrester has done this, so he pays him a visit. The two become acquaintances and Forrester teaches the boy to write better and the boy goes to a better school.
Like, ’’Pay It Forward’’, this movie will send you a message. I am glad that the movie producers are finally making more movies that have an actual plot with a message to their viewers. Hopefully in this movie, it has inspired at least one person to follow this young man’s footsteps.
