Upgraded myself from Queen size to King size bed and hence went to buy a King Size mattress. Sales man offered me this brand ’Finesse’ claiming that its used in Canada, US and recently launched in India.. claimed it to be one of the best mattress for back pain, the looks of the mattress were also appealing.
My first sleep itself was painful and I got up with severe body ache. The mattress is very hard. When I complained it to their representative, they suggested to flip the mattress and try for 1 month. (Claiming that body needs to get adjusted with new mattress)
After 1 month, nothing changed except that the representatives stopped picking my calls. Found that their warehouse is in Tamilnadu and sales/marketing don’t understand any other language other than Tamil. (who initially claimed that they are from Canada/US)
Everyone in the chain (whoever i could get in touch with) just kept promising to resolve this and stopped picking calls from next time.Its now 3 months and there are no signs of any relief. One of the most pathetic mattress with extremely bad service.
My recommendation would be to stay away from this brand else you will lose your money and health !!
