Fio is a class apart. No it’s not for the food I am saying this; it’s ambience and how it maintains itself. The garden is still manicured perfectly, no dirt and mud visible to the eye. Although, given it’s setting, a casual hand would have ruined everything. Just one simple advice, if you’re coming to this Fio, please do not sit inside.
We ordered Toscana Grilled Fish, Smoked Chicken, Jalapeno, Scallion and Cilantro Pizza, Country Tiramisu Jar, Mocktail, Bread with Chutney.
The bread was freshly backed and the chutney has very rich flavours.The fish was spicy and very delicately cooked.The chutney given with the fish was amazing and its taste was something to saviour.The pizza had a very crispy base and the toppings were amazing.Dessert i.e. the Tiramisu was good but it had strong dark chocolaty taste to it.
All the items were so fresh that it enhanced the flavours and our overall dining experience.
