Hi friends ! I am sharing experiences about the firangi mahal , Lucknow.
I am going their , two years ago on our college visit. Its really good experience that time . I am really happy for that . Because its our long trip. In our syallbus having firangi mahal so , our class trip are going there . I am really excited because we are read only on books , about that. But as per read more that that , it beautiful and large .
First I am saying about their history and some information.
Firangi mahal is located at Lucknow , at Victoria road and chowk. The name come as primary owner of this mahal were from Europe. It’s built 17th century . During the period of Aurangzeb some french businessesman come and used this mahal the stay .
Mr. Neil was first owner of this mahal and it was good architectural building . Later it was handed over to the adviser of Aurangzeb mulla asad bin qufubuddin shaheed . This two brothers made this mahal as the center of Islamic learning .Usually it was compared with the Cambridge university and Oxford university.
Once mahatma Gandhi , stayed for some time in firangi mahal . He brought his goat With him. The Muslim in and around firangi mahal as a token of respect . Stopped consuming meat during the stay of Gandhi.
Mulavi Abdul bari claimed that Gandhi as a leader of both Hindu and Muslim . Mulavi Abdul bari was strong advocate of Hindu Muslim nation .
The leader like jawaharala Nehru , sarojini nidu were among who visited firangi mahal to bring all communities in the fold of freedom . Struggle firangi mahal .ulemas were in the favour of khilafast moment .
So it was all about the firangi mahal . I am not knowing All the stories but as per information known I am sharing .
Its really good place to visit . Because we are knowledgeable about what types of Mahal was use in historical time.
We are staying their oyob 8681 hotel sky moon . It was near by gonti nagar , Lucknow . It was approximately 9 km from firangi mahal . They are provided 24 hours services. Its some expensive for one room they take 968 Rs /- .
But the climate , people’s , surrounding , nature of people are really amazing . I am enjoying their .
