Many comments going on First American India private Limited but I didn’t understand why people are writing against on First American India, Hyderabad company. The dislikes might be some reasons like,
our performance might not up to the mark.
our are unable to meet the targets what managers giving
some of our senior or low performers de-motivating us ( I am facing this problem and I know how to surmount from this)
we are unable to contribute to the company and due to your personal problems
working part time effecting your performance (this is 70% correct, because some of our staff recommended to join part time with them)
no proper understanding on documents and unable to express that with our TC/TL/Managers
I can tell so many things where we should improve, I have joined in FAI few months ago and observed that the management is very supportive and we can approach them directly and resolve any issues. I worked in 4 good companies before joining FAI but I didn’t see this kind of approachability towards resolving our needs. And most of the companies in Hyderabad planning to remove their cab facility shortly and pay nominal amount to the associates due to the effect in American economy. but our company will not do like that.
