I had purchased a Santro from First Choice in Thane and that had clocked little less than 40 k KMs at that time. The car was shining when purchased and now the paint has largely lost it’s shine. Even with a low maintenance vehicle that is Santro, I have to visit the garage regularly and spend sizable amount during each visit.
One of the mechanics told me that this vehicle has had a denting job done, means that it had met with an accident. Continuous repairs required in the vehicle also indicate the possibility of incorrect KM reading.
I have yet not contacted the vendor thinking it may be one of its kind issue, but after going through a similar experience faced by another person and I coming to know of that through this website, I am thinking of taking it with the Company and in case the problem is not resolved, I may approach MRTPC and Consumer court.
Would appreciate if other members also log in their good and bad experiences with the vendor.
