I got an item shipped from Delhi vide token no: LO1922068.(from Tradus)
The delivery boy never came home. They marked the status as wrong address. They also marked the status as not available. I have a 24 hour security who also confirmed that no one from First Flight came home for delivering any courier.
I then get a call from First Flight asking me to pay the full amount though the item is marked as "prepaid". I asked him to come home we can discuss. He realized that I will not pay and refused to come and marked status as Wrong address.
There is no phone number of First Flight in Bangalore we can reach. It only rings but noone answers. They never marked the status of the location where the product is. I don’t understand why Tradus always ships through these courier guys.
