My PAN card was despatched through this courier by UTI. After a week from the dispatch date I contacted the courier agency to know the whereabouts of the Pan card, The phones were ringing without any answer. I tried for two days On the third day I went directly to the branch office here at Trivandrum to know the status.
I was shocked by the behavior of the two useless idiots who were sitting at the reception. My pan card was with them undelivered to the mentioned address for past 12 days.
When asked about the delay of delivery and not picking up the phone got a reply " WE MUST DO LIKE THIS YOU GO AND COMPLAINT SOMEWHERE ELSE". Masters of Universe.
This is my humble request those who reading this review for saving your dignity and valuable time never ever go to this courier for anything . this is the worst service I had seen in my life.
I’ dont know why govt dept choose this type of pirates for delivering such an important document even though reliable India Post services are there.
