Worst couriers ever! Had to receive a parcel. No proper tracking updates in the website.
You must keep wondering when the parcel may arrive.
They may turn up any time and tell couldn’t find your address. You try to give directions, they will bark at you and say come and collect the parcel.
If they cannot provide service, why are they keeping it open!
