I recently purchased Aromatherapy complete aroma diffuser kit through Tradus on 23rd sept seller -Gadgetronix.I got a email from seller than it was courier by firstflight courier track number#O99100151143.but till date I have not received the product.but in first flight courier site it is mention tat was delivery on 1st of Oct @4pm.
How come they can create a wrong delivery recipient? So I dropped an email on 30th sep itself that I have not received the product yet to care@tradus.com but no response from their end. I tired reaching first flight courier customer care Bangalore number which is mentioned on the website Bengaluru :

I tired reaching the at least minimum 30 times no answer.and dropped an email Tradus customer care and Bangalore first flight courier till now no response. I paid money for online shopping but someone enjoys my hard earned money. Nobody cares neither first flight or tradus or seller.
Pls dont buy any thing from traduswhen they have poor customer care service
