I had sent a courier from Gurgaon to Bangalore on 5th March 2016. The courier was never delivered to it’s destination. Whenever I checked the status it showed address insufficient. Finally after numerous calls and follow ups I somehow managed to get my courier back. First flight has damaged my courier and had been lying about the address being insufficient. They also refuse to refund the courier amount. Attached are the pictures of the courier that was finally returned and tracking details screenshot for reference.
Absolutely pathetic service.
