The wooden frame I sent via this courier got completely damaged on the way.! they charged Rs 1000 for it but except for sticking their "first flight " tapes they did not do any further packing from their side.! highly disappointed!
I strongly recommend to everyone not to send anything by this courier service. they charge more and even damage the product.! how can they be so careless while handling items!
