They take more than 3 working days to deliver courier from Noida to Mumbai. Their phone numbers are not reacheable, in the hub as well as the local office. Tracking on their site is sooo slooooow, and does not provide accurate information on shipment. When I finally managed to reach their main office by phone, the receptionist put me on hold for 2 minutes and then I gave up. Basically, a waste of time and money. I now use DTDC, which consistently delivers in 2 working days.
