I had my cousin courier me an important document from Hyd to me in Bangalore through First Flight. I took the consignment number and went to their website for tracking. It shows that the package was despatched from Hyd the previous day(they don’t show the time!) but it hasn’t arrived in Bangalore yet. How can a flight from Hyd to Blr take 24 hours?!
I called their terrible customer service where the rep simply repeats the information the website already has. I asked her to get me her manager, who simply said that the package might arrive in the next load. I was left to interpret this as the package did not really leave Hyd the previous day.
With tracking capabilities like this and the slow service they offer, I wonder how they manage to stay in business.
