I had booked a parcel from a book depot in Meerut on 18/9/2010. The parcel had arrived on time through VRL in Bangalore.
The party had sent a Consignment Copy through First Flight assuming it to be the best service provider throughout the world.
Our institute’s complete address, road, street, landmark, city, pincode, two telephone numbers were all mentioned in the address slot, but to my surprise when I called the party on 29/9/2010, came to know that the cover containing CC has been returned to them.
These junks at FF has no responsibility towards the service. Returning the document is easier for them than delivering it. I don’t understand the logic behind running this First Flight courier business. No one had a courtesy to call my numbers and inform me about the document.
If they are so lazy, I could have collected it from their office.
Shame on you guys.
