I just wanted to inform people out there that don’t use first flight service at all, they have very bad service, I had booked one courier with first flight on 13-02-2013 from Hyderabad to Noida which is supposed to reach on 15/02 and it reached Noida branch on the same date but they didn’t deliver it .
Instead, they called and informed that they will deliver it on the next day which they didn’t , I called them and asked even to collect it myself because it was important and they did not agree on that as well. They put down the phone after saying that it will be delivered only on 18/02 .
Very disappointed.
I usually use DTDC which is much better than these guys.
