Dear all, please never use this courier company. Your loss will be in two ways. 1) They will never deliver the courier and they just make false proof of delivery and destroy your valuable documents. 2) They charge you money for the so called service but they dont do anything. This company is number one cheating and fraudulent company. Avoid this company there are so many good comapnies like DTDC etc for serving you. please avoid these cheaters.
My insurance company had sent the policy documents almost a month back and after 3 days they received the confirmation that the documents were delivered. Without knowing all these, I have made a complaint to my insurance company after two months and they informed me that the policy was documents were delivered to you before 2 months and they provided me the so called consignment number of First Flight and I tried to track using the same. To my shock, it was mentioned that the courier was delivered to me. So it is clear that First Flight will not deliver on one side, the other side is that they will destroy your documents. So please be careful. Your document once it is lost, you will be the looser. I am following up with this fraudulent company for the proof of delivery and they are not even responding. I am not going to spare them. I will take the case to consumer court and do whatever required to close down this national waste, cheating company.
