I am using First Flight Courier from last 4-5 years. As of now I haven’t faced any problem.
All the deliveries are on time, exceptions are always there, but if there is any problem they just call to shipper / receiver and try to solve ASAP.
To get best service please always give yours & receivers contact number so that courier person can contact in case of any problem related to delivery.
Rates are also very reasonable.
There are some place deliveries of first flight are not good like Rajasthan. they normally inform at the time of booking that delivery might get delay in these area.
Two months ago while sending rakhi to my sister, by mistake I have given a wrong address but I have mentioned the contact no because of that they called up to my sister and asked for the right address and as they know this is rakhi so they deliver this on sunday early morning. Thanks to First Flight.
