If you are delivering and sending a parcel through this service in coimbatore, Mark my words: "Be ready to test your patience level with First Flight. You’ll literally have to beg them for an update and delivery. Their answer would be we are held up and if you want a quick delivery you can come and collect it from our head office which is 20 kms away from the main city".
My pan card reached the coimbatore head office on Feb 10th 2016 and I received the delivery on 22nd feb. They seem to have about 7 8 branches in coimbatore, of which 6 have no existence and numbers which never connects.
