MY Credit card Pin has been delivered from Chenni on 24/12/2014 and come to delivery on 27/12/2014 to my office address – ITPL building Bangalore but undelivered. I tracked the shipment on web(AWB- C90600257242) and found security of ITPL has not allowed the person to enter as delivery boy was not caring any valid GOVT provided ID card. On 29/12/2014 that envelop returned to their HUB office no further delivery attempted with another delivery buy who having valid ID card.
29th December onwards I am continuously chasing to customercare and getting repeated update, they are on the process of getting the update and I will receive a call from their end very shortly. On 1st Jan 2015 I have not receive any call from their end. My question is when shipment was not delivered due to their fault then why not further attempt for delivery. I have given the AWB no C90600257242 any body can track that shipment status. I am trying to reach senior official to First Flight Courier but no help from Customer care team.
