These guys call themselves premium service providers for no reason. The normal courier guys like DTDC, Professional are a thousand times better than these guys. They don’t know the meaning of a courier service. They don’t even update the status properly on their website and when they can’t find a customer’s address , they simply dump the parcel in their office instead of using the mobile number on the parcel.
Pathetic staff with pathetic service levels.
