What a ** service, if you want to miss the cover/parcel, I recommend you to give it to first flight. 1000% they will misplace it or deliver it to unknow person, not sure if they write some random name with out delivering.
No one responds on email, no one responds on phone. They will busy in the office each other.
They have taken two days to update the status and finally it was delivered to some one, god know who is that some one.
