Just been through a harrowing experience in trying to get a document delivered. This is by far the worst courier agency since carrier pigeons were used. They don’t deliver on time, always they say ’no such consignee’ when they don’t bother checking. The worst part is that they cannot find their own office. when you ask where is their head office, they say’ go to this area and ask some shops nearby for directions’.
Most of the time, their online tracking doesn’t work and always is out of date. Clearly the most unprofessional agency of any service. Very Untrustworty and their offices remind you of some shady political front companies(you know, no name boards, hard to reach locations in remote areas etc.)
I am immediately taking steps to have them removed from our official vendor list and encourage others to do the same.
Note to others: Other agencies like Bluedart, Professional, Repute etc are far better.
