Im writing this after receiving a very disappointing courier service from First Flight Bangalore branch. I tried writing an email to Bangalore email address(baecsd@firstflight.net) that id is not working, it bounced my email back twice. Also, I tried calling the customer care number(33799999 - I was on hold for about 15 minutes and none picked the call - this happened twice). And the other number(3944 4444 is always engaged).
These are the 2 Consignment Numbers -
A28823857 - The status shows as delivered to TRILOK.there is no one at my home as trilok and I havent received the courier yet. It has been delivered to wrong person.
R01161131 - The status shows as house locked. This is ridiculous - Im was at home all day, none came from First Flight courier to my home.
Does your employees update status with whatever they want? if you cant employ people who cant deliver couriers - why do you even run a company for courier service?
Never seen such a pathetic courier service from any other providers. I do receive couriers from Professional Couriers, DTDC, Bluedart, when they can deliver my couriers, why cant your people deliver. Such a disgrace to courier service is your employees and company. No one picks the call too.
