Delivered an important consignment to an unknown person and did not obtain name and mobile number. Further, not helpful in tracing the consignment/ person it was delivered to despite promising to do so within 48 hours.
Please do not trust them with your important consignments. My overall experience with them has been harrowing trying to get someone to speak to me. Further, they do not respond to emails too.
