Hi I did one courier from chennai on 28JUL2016 destination is 380 kilometers which will take 6-7 hrs of journey it’s almost 15 days my parcel still not yet reached out.
Today is 11AUG2016, in between I called customer care their response was too bad they gave me some numbers to contact means they are asking us to do follow-up if is so what is their job then.? I tried those numbers they didn’t even pick my call. I mailed them no response. I tried calling Mumbai head office they didn’t pick call. I haven’t seen any other services this much irresponsible.
Never ever try using first flight courier services.Now I am thinking to register a complaint against them.This is my experience I will never ever suggest first flight courier service. I hope some one will get benefitted with my worst experience.
