I had a car loan with ICICI. Last month my loan got closed. So, ICICI sent me NOC and other documents through this "Worst Flight Couriers Ltd". ICICI has sent the courier on 12th Jan 2015 from Mumbai. Consignment number for the same is B991Q8986684. For almost 2 to 3 days the tracking page was showing only source and destination. When I looked at it yesterday(i.e. on 18th Jan), the tracking page shows delivered on 16th Jan itself though I did not receive courier. No one has called me as well. The courier was sent to my home. But the tracking page shows receiver details as "Co.Seal & sign".
I am not sure to which company they delivered the courier(as the receiver data shows co.seal).
I tried calling on 040 - 39444444 which is given in their contact us from morning. I nearly has attempted 100 times to reach to them but all the time I get busy tone on this number.
I wrote a mail as well but no response from them.
This is my second such experience with this worst courier company. Earlier too some bank(probably ICICI) has sent me a courier through this but did not reach me at all.
I guess they are simply filling receiver’s details without even trying to deliver it.
Probably, ICICI bank should refrain from using this kind of bullshit courier services.
