Please do not use First Flight, you will lose money, time and commitment.
I have booked a courier from Madhapur(Hyderabad) to Gudivada(Pin Code: 521301) on 16th June 2015. But still the courier was not delivered as of now also(23/June/2015).
I tracked the status in your website and it is showing it as "Out for delivery" at’Vijayawada HUB’ since 17th Jun-2015.
I don’t know why it was not done yet. I contacted your hyderabad customer care on mobile no: 9346311211, the call is received by Nasreen who did not provide any details and replies rudely. She does not suitable for customer care job.
I contacted Vijayawada customer care on "9346205211 & 9346205161 - " but they also did not reply and respond on this. Where is my courier.
The irony is that for 95 grams courier you people has charged me Rs.120/- and after one week also it was not delivered. I tried to contact Mr. Murali krishna on 93462 91217(who is hyderabad incharge as per customer care 040-39444444) but he did not pick the call any time.
Simply you people are thieves, you are pick pocketers and do not work. I lost my commitment, money and product. I also emailed this on ffcl@firstflight.net and hydcsd@firstflight.net but I am not expecting they will look into.
